Are you ready to take the first step?

We work with children, teens and adults who seek support for a number of different reasons. These can include symptoms arising from:

  • grief and loss experiences
  • attachment challenges
  • work related injuries
  • relationship challenges
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • addictions
  • anger
  • gender identity journeys
  • sexual orientation identity journeys
  • trauma and abuse experiences
  • self-harm
  • life stresses

We begin to make life changes when we can name the symptoms that interfere with living our best life. Choose a therapist to  connect with  from our Meet our therapists page. Our therapists use a variety of different counselling modalities. The approach and treatment plan for your healing journey will be discussed at your Intake session.
It all begins with one step.
